With Jam Sugar, you can make your own jam in just a few minutes. The 1 kg package contains everything you need for a successful jam-making session: sugar, pectin from citrus fruits, citric acid, and potassium sorbate for preserving, which is naturally found in, for example, rowan berries. Just use 1 part fruit and berries (both frozen and fresh work fine) to 1 part Jam Sugar. Boil for a few minutes, and your jam is ready to enjoy!
