A creamy soft cheese made from selected classic cheeses, flavored with a blend of Arctic shrimp and hand-peeled crayfish, seasoned with dill. With only 14% fat, it’s perfect for spreading on sandwiches, or as an ingredient and flavor enhancer in cooking, such as in soups, pies, or pasta sauces. Kavli’s soft cheese is locally produced in Älvsjö, using premium hard cheeses and the best ingredients for optimal quality and taste. All Kavli soft cheeses are pasteurized, making them safe for pregnant women to consume.
