Ejderns Drottkaviar 150g is a true classic made from extra fine sugar-salted cod roe. The roe is left to mature in plastic barrels for several months before being smoked for an extended time and then blended with oil and other ingredients. The special smoking process gives the product its distinctive character and flavor. Ejderns Drottkaviar is perfect spread directly on bread for breakfast, as a snack, or on boiled eggs! Made from selected cod roe (Gadus morhua) primarily fished in Northern Norway (Norwegian Sea & Barents Sea).
