Ingredients:
Wheat flour, water, sugar, sifted rye flour, rapeseed oil, wholegrain rye flour, wholegrain wheat flour, scalded wheat flour, vegetable emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (sunflower, rapeseed), baking powder (ammonium bicarbonate), wheat gluten, malted barley, yeast, salt, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid).

Note: Over 90% of the flour comes from Swedish-grown grain milled in our own mill.
